FAQ
Chronic Renal Insufficiency:
The majority of CRI cats suffer from inappetency or anorexia due to the effect of uremic toxins on the gastrointestinal mucosa. Protein catabolism during inappetency increases the production of uremic toxins and worsens the condition. It is necessary to maintain food intake and gradually transition from the previous diet to Brit VD Renal Cat. Wet food also improves the palatability and acceptance of the new diet.
