How do I use Oralade GI Support 500 ml?

To use as microenteral nutrition via feeding tube:

Cats and dogs of every size: give 0.25 - 0.5 ml/kg/h for hours 0-4 and increase +50% every subsequent 4 hours.

To use as oral rehydration:

Cats, small dogs, and puppies under 3 kg: 50 ml/kg, with a volume per 24 hours of 150 ml
Medium dogs (<8 kg): 44 ml/kg, with a volume per 24 hours of 350 ml
Large dogs (<20 kg): 33 ml/kg, with a volume per 24 hours of 660 ml
Extra-large dogs (<50 kg): 26 ml/kg, with a volume per 24 hours of 1320 ml
