This food is recommended for adult dogs in cases of early chronic kidney disease without proteinuria (IRIS stage 1). If proteinuria is present or your dog is in stages 2-4, it’s recommended Royal Canin Renal dog food.

However, it’s not recommended for dogs with pancreatitis, growing puppies, and during gestation/lactation.
